January - May:
£250 per week
£400 per fortnight

June/July/August:
£400 per week
£700 per fortnight

September - December:
£250 per week
£400 per fortnight


All prices are subject to a cleaning fee of £50 and a refundable deposit of £250. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment and no pets allowed.

You will need to purchase meter cards at a cost of £10 or £5.
