This rustic three bedroom house in situated in Lisciano Niccone on the Tuscany/Umbria border of Italy. It sleeps up to five people and has a large kitchen which is well equipped, a sitting room, and a balcony with stunning views.

The house is near to the main train line (with direct trains available to Rome, Florence, Pisa and Siena). Lake Trasimeno is only a twenty minute drive away, as is Historic Cortona.

Perugia, Montone, Montepulciano, Castiglione, Assisi, Gubbio, Umbertide are all recommended locations.

Guided walks are available.

Local supermarkets sell local produce.

Restaurants are owned and run by local families and are very friendly. Children are very welcome.
