La Casa Girasole is a three bedroomed house situated in the Italian countryside near the village of Lisciano Niccone.

The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, plates, crockery, a dining table, and chairs for six people.

The lounge has two sofas, a wood burning stove, and french windows leading on to a balcony with a fantastic view.

There is a wet room with a new fitted shower, toilet and sink. (No bath)

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The twin bedroom has two single beds with bed side table and lamp and a chest of drawers.

The single bedroom has one single bed with a bedside table and lamp and a chest of drawers.

There is a small garden for sitting, with a fold away table and chairs.

The hot water is in a combi heater so is constantly hot whenever you need it.

Lisciano Niccone, the local village is a 20 minute walk through winding woods and paths a very beautiful walk. This is our local village and everything you need is here; two fantastic restaurants and a cafe. There is also a chemist, small supermarket, deli and church. Very slow pace of life all the locals are very friendly and welcoming. Children are welcome in all the bars and restaurants. Alternatively the village is less than a 5 mins drive away! It depends how energetic you're feeling!

Mercatale the next village, is 25 minute walk away same route slightly larger village. Fantastic restaurant and 2 cafes. There is a butcher, chemist, bakers, 2 small supermarkets, 2 banks, petrol station, church and small park. Again less than 5 minutes drive away. Please note restaurants need advance booking in the summer. A main train line with cheap all day parking for visiting all the places listed below is a 20 minute car drive away. It is also very timely and efficient service.
