This enchanting house is situated in the village of Zelena Darvo, 10 Minutes drive up the mountain from the town of Gabrovo. A further 10 minute drive upwards from the house will take you to the top of the mountain and the Ski Resort of Uzana.

This spacious accommodation sleeps 8 - 10.

Ground Floor: On the Ground Floor you will find a large hallway, a well equipped Kitchen, containing a dishwasher, cooker, microwave & fridge / freezer. The kitchen is superbly finished with the most amazing Log Fire.

This leads through to a large Dining Room, providing plenty of room to relax, enjoy meals & talk through the adventures of the day. Whilst eating you can watch the stunning views over the mountain. There are 2 bathrooms, incorporating three showers & a bath. There is a small utility area with a washing machine & tumble dryer. One Double Bedroom is located on the Ground Floor.

First Floor: Off of a large landing you will find a further 3 Bedrooms. (1 Double, 1 Twin and 1 Bunkbed room). Also on this floor are 2 adjoining rooms dedicated to rest & relaxation, with a large fireplace, comfortable Sofas, a chest of games and spectacular mountain views. One sofa in each room is a sofa bed providing a further 2 sleeping facilities.

Basement: Storage

Garden: The house is situated in half an acre of land. At the top of the garden is a patio for your enjoyment to eat, drink, read & relax. There is a small orchard, with Apple, Pear & Plum trees, Strawberries also grow at the bottom of the garden. Help yourself to as many of these fruits as you like.
